2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 14, priced against this venue’s own published age bands.
Kristiansand Dyrepark is open every day of the year, but ticket prices change by date. A one-day ticket booked online costs from NOK 309 for adults and NOK 279 for children aged 3 to 13 on quiet weekdays in May and late August, rising to NOK 599 on summer weekends and NOK 699 through the peak holiday from late June to early August. Under-3s go free, everyone 14 and over pays the adult price, and there is no senior or student discount on day tickets. Children are priced by age, not height; height limits apply only to rides. In autumn the park runs a smaller programme with lower prices, and the Badelandet water park is closed until 1 May. Book early, as peak-season prices rise closer to the date.

The planner warns of freezing in January, February, December. Outside those months it says nothing, which is the point — a warning that fires every day is one nobody reads.
Short days. Kristiansand, Telemark & the south gives under 6 hours of daylight in December.
