about AED 494.40

2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 14, priced against this venue’s own published age bands.

What to know

Admission is A$65 adult, A$38 for children 4 to 16 and A$160 for a family of two adults and up to four children, with under-fours free and an A$58.50 rate for over-65s on production of ID. It is open daily from 9am and the self- guided or guided circuit takes about two hours. The Unzoo has no cages around its main habitats, so devils, quolls, kangaroos and birds are seen in open bushland rather than enclosures, and keeper feeding talks run through the day. It sits at Taranna on the Tasman Peninsula, about an hour from Hobart and twenty minutes short of Port Arthur, and a combined pass with the historic site takes 10 per cent off both. The small-group Devil Tracker eco-tour is a separate premium booking at A$300 adult.
