No admission charge for anyone. Parking or transport may still cost.
Jostedalsbreen National Park costs nothing to enter, and anyone can walk to the viewpoint below the Nigardsbreen glacier arm, but going onto the ice needs a guide. Jostedalen Breforarlag charges NOK 885 for its Short Blue Ice Hike from age 12 in 2027. Its family Kids Special hike costs NOK 885 for adults and NOK 755 for children aged 8 to 12, and the X-tra Short hike starts at NOK 640 from age 8. Guiding, crampons and the boat across Nigardsbrevatnet are included, though online booking adds a 6 percent fee. Group hikes run between 15 May and 25 September, so none operate now. The Breheimsenteret exhibition costs NOK 125 for adults and is free under 10, and the glacier road charges NOK 90 per car.
