Entry to Naracoorte Caves National Park is free and you pay per tour instead. The cheapest guided cave is Alexandra Cave at A$28.50 for adults and A$17 for children aged 4 to 15, a half-hour trip running at 9.30am and 1.30pm. Cheaper alternatives are the self-guided Stick-Tomato Cave at A$13.50 and the Wonambi Fossil Centre at A$8.50. The hour-long Victoria Fossil Cave, the World Heritage drawcard, is A$40.50, while the Bat Tour at A$33 runs only between 1 September and 30 April. Family tickets covering two adults and two children, or one adult and three, undercut buying separately. Under-fours go free, and concessions need an Australian seniors, pensioner or state concession card.
