about AED 156
2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 14, priced against this venue’s own published age bands.
Two charges catch people out. The Rottnest Island Authority levies an island admission fee of A$21.50 adult and A$11 for children aged 4 to 16 on a single- day visit, rising to A$28.50 and A$14.50 if you stay overnight; under 4s are free and a family of two adults and two children pays A$57 for the day. That fee is not the real cost. Ferry operators collect it bundled into the fare, so the figure you actually pay from Fremantle with Rottnest Express is A$87.50 adult and A$45 child return, same day. Bicycle hire is separate and is how most people get around, about A$35 for a full day. The quokkas are the draw; they are everywhere and tame. Fees valid to 30 June 2027.
