SGD 4 per person ONE WAY on the Changi Point bumboat, so budget 8 return, plus 2 for a bicycle. NParks publishes one flat fare with no child rate. The boat leaves when 12 passengers have gathered rather than to a timetable, 06:00-19:00, and NParks itself warns that a boatman may leave with fewer at a higher fare - agree the fare before boarding. Payment is widely reported to be cash only, but NParks does not say so, so carry small notes rather than relying on it. Chek Jawa is free and self-guided; its paid guided tour is suspended.
