That ticket buys the upper viewpoint; the descent to the falls is sold as a guided package at the counter, commonly 150,000 to 250,000. The regency has publicly confirmed that the 150,000 to 300,000 demanded at roadside posts before you reach the counter is NOT official, and that some of those posts issue convincing fake tickets.
