Tiwi Islands does not publish a fixed price, so this site will not invent one. Check the official page below.
There is no gate and no admission price, because the Tiwi Islands are privately owned Aboriginal land rather than a park, and you cannot simply turn up. Joining a tour is the practical route, and the operator obtains the permit for you; the Tiwi Land Council confirms no permit is needed for ferry day visitors on a hosted tour. Independent visitors need a Council permit, free to stay within community boundaries or A$100 to travel outside them, valid three months, requiring a local host and at least 30 working days to process. Island Connections runs the Tiwi by Design day tour from Darwin at A$469 for adults and A$399 for children aged 5 to 14, including the return ferry and lunch. Its published operating months and its price calendar disagree over October and November, so confirm the date before booking flights.

The planner warns of wet in January, February, March, December. Outside those months it says nothing, which is the point — a warning that fires every day is one nobody reads.
