What to know

There is no admission charge for the Mornington Peninsula itself. The two ticketed things people come for are Peninsula Hot Springs and the Arthurs Seat Eagle. Hot springs bathing in the Bath House is priced by day and arrival time: adults A$60 to A$80 on weekdays and A$70 to A$90 at weekends, children A$45 to A$65, with the cheapest slots reserved for arrivals before 8.30am or after 6pm, and a 10 per cent surcharge on same-day and public holiday bookings. All ages can bathe in the Bath House, but the Spa Dreaming Centre is 16 and over. The Arthurs Seat Eagle gondola is A$36.50 adult return, A$23.50 for children 4 to 16, A$97 for a family and free under four. Cellar door tastings on the peninsula run a further A$15 to A$30 a head, usually waived on purchase.
